The International Forum of the Food Industry and Packaging, 3-5 June

From June 3rd to 5th, the IFFIP Forum for the food industry and packaging took place in Kyiv.

Professionals from more than a hundred industrial companies participated in discussions, showcased product samples, and introduced new technologies in the food industry. The event was also an opportunity for sharing experiences and building new connections for future collaborations.

The time spent by the participants was both enriching and engaging.

On Thursday, June 3rd, the second stage of the All-Ukrainian Bread and Bakery Products Competition 2021, organized by the All-Ukrainian Association of Bakers, was held.

«Hlibodar» received nine diplomas as a result of the competition, a testament to their excellence! The Chief Technologist of «Hlibodar», Oksana Dunduk, and the Director of Zaporizhia Bread Factory No. 1, Liliya Halych, were honored with these awards.

On Friday, June 4th, the conference “The Bakery Industry: Realities and Perspectives” took place. Ten speakers shared their experiences and insights on the development of the bakery industry.

The «Hlibodar» team, led by Marketing Director Anastasiia Mishchenko, joined discussions focused on aligning the brand with the modern bakery products’ consumer. It was an engaging and informative session.
